I absolutely agree with you that there at promiscuous work places feminine integrity should be properly assured in all aspects and it should be strictly followed and compliance with HR policies at all level. Adding more i wonder that why have you missed one very important aspect of this serious issue at hand that the females should have considered some moral, social , cultural and last but not the least religious concerns also been considered when working in such environments. They should better consider the most basic human instincts for which they would encounter problems. Among those dressings is on top and their frankness is also an important factor to make males think in undesired way."
